Each time I’ve called, the agent (and it has been multiple) has failed to do what they said (such as cancel a policy or change it) until I catch it on the next bill and call back to get it corrected. This has happened to me 3-4 times in the time I’ve had insurance through them. Additionally, no one on the phone is able to tell me a thing about my bill. I would highly recommend looking for a different agent or company. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service."

"My first review was very good. When I had an accident service was terrible. It was not my fault in accident but still State Farm.. I called Harris for assistance with problems with the Shelton body shop. Its been 3 months and many excuses. When calling Harris office , I found out they were friends, Harris and Shelton body shop). They made excuses for the body shop. I pay Harris over $8200 dollars a year for insurance. I cancelled my policies with him and hope he realized that he is supposed to help his customers not body shops."
